I would prefer to just get a refund at this point. My hair appointment is Friday, I have to figure something else out.

My shipping address is correct, and UPS says they haven’t received anything. It still says “label created”*
I ordered an extra bundle on August 30th because I’ve placed an order from here before that was successful, but this time has been extremely disappointing. The website states up to 72 hour processing time for orders, and I paid for the 3 to 4 day shipping option. As of today, September 9th, my package still hasn’t even been dropped off to UPS. I was really hoping to be able to continue to use this company, but they are very unreliable. The hair is good, but don’t order if you have any time constraints or special occasions. I wanted to give her grace because things happen, but she is still posting on Instagram while not responding to my requests for an update. I also just saw another review identical to my situation, so this is not a one-off thing for her.
To the creator of this business… please never get rid of this wig. This is the best half wig I have ever tried!!
To anyone looking to buy this half wig, I got the kinky curly half wig around 26in. I have been wearing this wig since march it’s now June and I still wear it on the day to day. I get compliments everywhere I go. I always get “your hair is so beautiful”, it looks so natural. I also got my stylist to dye it to my natural hair color as well and the curls stayed intact. Best wig ever!!
This is the best hair I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried so many places. Thank you for selling hair that’s so inclusive, it’s nice to finally not have to worry about my leave-out. The hair has very minimal shedding and doesn’t tangle, which is such a blessing with curly hair. I don’t see myself purchasing from anywhere else ever again. 🩵🩵

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and paid for standard shipping, yet I still have not received my item. The tracking information shows that only a label has been created, with no actual shipment progress. I have emailed multiple times requesting an update or explanation, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of communication and delay is very frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and shipping reliability.
